Tergar Jõhvi is a Tergar Practice Group in Estonia. Teadliku Elu Keskus MTÜ organises its Jõhvi meetings, where people can meditate together and ask practical questions.
Tergar Jõhvi brings together people who want to learn meditation or practise with others. Its main public activity is the Wednesday meeting at Lullabed, Rakvere 2, Jõhvi. We meet from 18:30 to 20:00 and advance registration is required.
The meeting welcomes people without previous experience. The facilitator gives a short explanation, leads a meditation, allows quiet time and answers practical questions. Participation is donation based.
Tergar Jõhvi is a project of Teadliku Elu Keskus MTÜ. The Estonian nonprofit is responsible for the venue, registration and communication for local meetings. Denis Vetrennikov coordinates the group and is listed as its contact person on Tergar’s official community page.
Our group is part of the international Tergar practice community. You can also find us in the Tergar community directory. Local meetings are organised by Teadliku Elu Keskus MTÜ, an independent Estonian nonprofit.
The practical result is a regular place where someone in Ida-Virumaa can try meditation, ask a facilitator questions and build a manageable habit. Between meetings, participants can use the practical guides published on this website.
