Who it is for

The meeting welcomes both first-time visitors and regular practitioners. You may sit on a chair or a mat; no special ability or religious affiliation is needed.

What to bring

Bring comfortable clothes and water if you wish. No special equipment is needed: the facilitator explains the simple practice steps on site.
