2025
What we did in 2025
From October to December, we held meditation meetings at Lullabed in Jõhvi. People could join without prior experience or continue an existing practice with the group. A typical evening included a short introduction, a guided attention exercise, quiet meditation and time for participants’ questions.
2026
How the work continues
Meditation meetings continue in Jõhvi on Wednesdays from 18:30 to 20:00 at Rakvere 2. Advance registration is required and participation is donation-based. We also publish practical beginner guides so that exercises introduced at meetings can be continued at home and in daily life.
